2. No Legal / Tax Advice

3. Fee Schedule & Pricing Disclosure — No Upfront Fees

- No hidden fees from Tariff Titan: Tariff Titan's compensation comes via TRA referral at no extra cost to importer.

4. Eligibility via TRA — No Guarantee
Eligibility checks via this site are preliminary only. Final eligibility determined by TRA after ACE audit. Refund issuance determined by CBP. Advance funding underwritten solely by TRA. No guaranteed funding amount or refund.
